This is especially useful if you are trying to manually override the air and fuel.
Anti seize is just a compound you apply to the threads of a nut bolt or fastener that is subject to high heat it actually prevents rust and corrosion so the next time you try to remove it it will come out much easier and have a less likely chance of breaking i have never used it on an 02 sensor but it is really good for exhaust bolts and wheel lugs.
